Richmond raised and UBC educated, my roots in the Lower Mainland remain deep
For me, real estate has always been about people, trust, and helping clients make confident decisions. I’ve been in the business for many years, I’ve navigated shifting market, market crashes, industry adjustments and regulatory changes. Though it all my mission has remained the same, providing guidance and expertise through a combination of deep market knowledge, strong communication, and genuine care for my clients.
A big part of who I am comes from my sports background. I played high-level competitive sports throughout my life, and it taught me lessons that carry directly into my real estate practice: discipline, focus, patience, resilience, teamwork, and adapting quickly under pressure. Sports build more than physical skill — they develop mental strength and social awareness. Those qualities guide how I advocate for my clients every day.
Clients often describe me as knowledgeable, warm, and professional — someone who communicates clearly and makes the process feel manageable. My philosophy is grounded in being trustworthy, loyal, and transparent. I believe people deserve straight, honest guidance, not sales talk.
I focus on educating clients. Over the years I’ve learned that not everyone learns the same way. Some need to hear things step-by-step, others need to see it visually, and many appreciate having things written down clearly so they can refer back any time. I take the time to understand each client’s comfort level, communication style, and decision-making process — because a confident buyer or seller is an empowered one.
With extensive experience across residential sales, presales and even some new construction and commercial work. I understand the rhythms of neighbourhoods in transition and the nuances of our diverse market. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers through government programs or working closely with downsizers who have unique needs and goals, I approach every client with patience, clarity, and a steady hand.
Above all, I believe in community — supporting it, understanding it, and contributing to it. Real estate isn’t just about homes; it’s about people, families, and the stories that shape our neighbourhoods.
I’m proud to serve Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas — one of the most naturally beautiful and culturally vibrant regions in the world.
